Happy’s Place has given the Dubuque, Iowa community over 60 years of family service; a family-run business that was established by the Hancock Family over 60 years ago. 

In December of 2013 Happy’s Place was bought by Andrew and Kristin (Leonard) Bertsch long time family friends of the Hancock Family and life long Dubuquer’s.  
Andrew and Kristin will continue on with the traditions that Happy’s Place has had for so many years. Andrew, Kristin and Kristin’s sister Lauren Torres are excited for this opportunity to carry on with the traditions of Happy’s with the help of their amazing staff who many have been with Happy’s for years.
